Scope

Dime Dime Baby AI provides the photo-to-video workflow at dimebabyai.org. This page describes account, payment and file handling for enabled features. A preview does not submit a paid AI request.

Data used to provide the service

• Account details: your name, email, authentication records and essential session cookies.
• Your selected photo, generation request, resulting video and the permission confirmation attached to that request.
• Orders, payment-provider identifiers, purchased generations, expiry dates and task status. Stripe processes card details; our application does not store full card numbers.
• Security and support records needed to investigate access problems, billing disputes and reported quality issues.

File processing and access

Enabled generation sends the selected photo and the operator's fixed reference material to KIE.AI. A separate photo-review provider checks the uploaded photo before a paid video request is submitted; the configured review integration is SeeAPI. These services receive the material needed for their respective processing. Their processing and retention rules also apply.

Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private object storage. Uploads and results are not a public gallery. The application checks account ownership for file access and uses expiring links when a processing provider must retrieve a file. Authorized administrators may inspect the original photo and result when reviewing a quality complaint. Do not upload confidential material unrelated to the requested video.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your basic profile, email address and email verification status so we can create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or your contacts. Google account data is used for authentication and account support, not advertising.

Analytics and cookies

Essential session cookies support sign-in. Optional Google Analytics loads on public pages only after you choose to allow it. You can change that choice using the analytics control. We do not intentionally send account identifiers, uploaded photos, private file links, order IDs or authentication URLs to Analytics.

Retention and requests

Uploaded photos are normally retained for 7 days and generated videos for 30 days. Expired files enter scheduled cleanup; download before the deadline. Owner-managed template materials are handled separately.

Deleting media does not delete payment or accounting history needed for purchase, dispute and quality-review records. To request access, correction or deletion, use account support. If you cannot sign in, see contact. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, a notice through the service.
