One-time packs, 365-day expiry, technical failures and reviewed replacement generations.

One-time packs

The displayed packs contain 1, 3 or 5 generations, priced in USD. They do not subscribe you to recurring payments. Each purchase expires 365 days after confirmed payment and belongs to this website and account. Payment-return pages alone do not prove that a payment succeeded.

Technical failures and uncertain jobs

A request reserves one available generation. A confirmed technical failure releases it with its original expiry. A delivered result consumes it. An unresolved supplier request stays reserved while its actual outcome is checked; a timeout does not authorize another paid submission.

Quality review

For a delivered video that clearly misses the promised person, action or soundtrack, open Report a quality problem in your videos and purchases. Describe the problem. An authorized administrator can inspect the private input and result and records the review outcome and reason.

A confirmed quality problem may receive one replacement generation for that original paid result. This is a separate, recorded credit; the original delivery and spent generation remain in the history. The replacement keeps the original purchase's expiry. An expired purchase does not gain a new validity period, and replacement generations do not create an unlimited replacement chain. No paid retry starts automatically.

Billing refunds and disputes

Request billing review through account support, including the order ID and reason. Refunds or payment disputes freeze related unused generations while reviewed, including replacement credits tied to that purchase. A review or replacement generation is not a cash-refund confirmation. A cash refund requires a confirmed payment-provider result. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
